Screening of “WOMEN OF SCIENCE” by Safia Kessas at cinema “Le Palace” in Brussels

Safia Kessas’ documentary ÉLECTRONS LIBRES will be screened on Tuesday October 15 at 6pm at Cinéma Le Palace in Brussels.

It is part of the EPALE Community Conference 2024’s “Let’s TWIST!” evening, which aims to honor women working in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) professions.

The event, which is totally free of charge, will take place in this way:

5:30pm – 6pm: introduction and presentation of the documentary

6pm – 7pm: screening of the documentary ELECTRONS LIBRES directed by Safia Kessas

7pm – 7:45pm: round-table discussion, moderated by journalist Jehanne Bergé, with a panel of STEM women, including Sarah Baatout, featured in the documentary.

7.45pm – 9pm: “walking-dinner”, accompanied by the launch of an awareness-raising campaign, based on portraits of women active in STEM fields in the Wallonia-Brussels Federation.
