Synopsis
| Synopsis | Fresh out of prison, Toni struggles to reconnect with her daughter Anna, who was raised by her grandmother Betty, while resisting the pull of her ex-lover Max's criminal world. Working at her uncle Frank's restaurant, she discovers his ties to smuggling and faces mounting pressure from the police. After Max involves her in a violent incident at the docks, Toni seeks redemption by distancing herself from crime and building a new life as a mechanic. However, Max’s recklessness drags her back into danger. Toni risks everything to protect her family, ultimately exposing Frank’s operations to the police. In the end, she secures a chance at a brighter future, reconnecting with Anna and Betty. |
